Our Fees

 *Our fees are subject to change at any time. Fees are inclusive of GST and represent a green title residential settlement with one encumbrance and a property sale/purchase price less than AU$750,000.

Fees apply for use of the PEXA platform, as prescribed and charged by PEXA. Local government fees and charges are performed at cost. Disbursements apply. Additional work including subsequent legal work may incur a further fee. Please note all government charges are subject to change.

Solicitor’s Guarantee Certificate

*Our fees are subject to change at any time. All fees are exclusive of GST and are for loan amounts up to $500,000 only.  An extra $50 per person plus GST applies for every $100,000 or part thereof above this limit.

We can only provide this service if we are not engaged to settle the property subject to the loan.
