Michelle has been with CS Legal since October 2011 and started as a Legal Secretary.
She is now a paralegal assisting with business sales and acquisitions including preparation and review of business sale agreements, various leasing matters and the preparation of commercial and private lending arrangements and securities.
Michelle also assists with maintaining our Quality Practice Accreditation.
