Leanne joined CS Legal this year as a senior lawyer and is part of the commercial, leasing and property team.
Leanne graduated from UWA and admitted to legal practice in 2003.
Leanne’s practice area is in the commercial and property non-litigious field. At CS Legal, Leanne principally undertakes work on non-litigious property and commercial transactions but having had experience in commercial litigation is also capable of advising on commercial disputes.
Leanne’s practice areas include:
- Commercial and retail leasing;
- Crown leasing;
- Loan transactions and Securities;
- Property acquisitions and sales;
- Business acquisitions and sales including share sale and purchase transactions;
- Franchising and licensing;
- Partnerships and property joint ventures;
- Land and strata title development transactional disputes;
- All forms of property transactional advice and documentation;
- Wills, probate and administration.
Outside work Leanne devotes all her time and efforts in raising her two lovely children.
