Teresa joined the firm in 2001 and is our most knowledgeable and experienced senior conveyancers.
Before joining CS Legal, Teresa worked for a number of years in various law firms including Jackson MacDonald and Phillips Fox in mortgage document preparation and conveyancing.
Having worked in this industry for over 20 years, Teresa is a fountain of knowledge in all matters conveyancing. With her level of experience, Teresa is quite often the “go to” person on complex conveyancing issues including land sub-divisions and property developments.
She is also competent and capable of providing invaluable feedback and advice on issues affecting loan and security documentation.
In spite of her busy and extensive portfolio of files, Teresa supervises and trains conveyancing assistants and mentors our younger conveyancers.
